Far Left: Sylvia modelling a full-length cape, based on the shape of a moth, from one of her ready-to-wear collections of the 80s. The yarn fringe shows the yarns – brushed mohair, mohair loop and chenille – all dip-dyed by hand in a myriad of closely related shades and tones.
